Frances Gossen O'Neal obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University School of Law in 1994. She graduated in the top third of her class and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. She worked as a research assistant to Chancellor Winston Day and was a law clerk to the Honorable Guy Holdridge and the Honorable A. J. Kling in the 23rd Judicial District. Before her employment with The Laborde Law Firm, Fran worked in the Lafayette area concentrating on litigation. Fran is admitted to practice before various state and federal courts. She is a member of several professional, religious and civic organizations.
